Dahiana Loaiza

Dahiana Loaiza is the Investor Relations Specialist for Upstream USA. She is a driven, passionate, and strategic public health professional devoted to addressing health disparities and promoting health equity for vulnerable populations. Dahiana has a Master of Science in Global Health Policy and Management and a Master of Arts in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management. As a member of the Investor Relations team, she is primarily responsible for supporting their national fundraising efforts, assisting with the curation and development of grant reports and proposals, as well as other content utilized for various investor communications.

Prior to joining the Upstream team, she worked for the Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Office at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management, where she focused on supporting mental health equity among Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). With a research background, she focused on community engagement and racial equity through evidence-based interventions and initiatives. Dahiana is a proud Board Member of The Kerry Fund and is passionate about the mission to improve health, education, and economic opportunity for Boston students with limited financial resources. During her free time, you can find Dahiana spending time with family, at the gym strength training, or exploring new places to eat in the city.
