Margaret (Peggy) Vaughan, Ph.D. teaches psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Peggy’s career has embraced the fields of
education and developmental and family psychology thorough her work as teacher, family clinician, and researcher. Peggy’s interests in advocacy are linked to early childhood special needs, diversity and inclusion, and foster and kinship care.
Peggy first met Mikey in graduate school. Peggy is deeply grateful for the strong, loyal, and enduring friendship she shares with Mikey. Peggy
also knew Kerry as a remarkably kind, creative, and inspiring teen. She is honored to work alongside others on the board supporting the vital mission of the Kerry Jon Walker Fund.
